Project Scope:
This Role relates Operational Readiness for MSP aCAR.
The professional level resource in the role of Manager of Business Management role is to support the network managed services for the New Consumer Health Company (NCHC).
US (Eastern Time Zone)
This role will be mostly process driven, but the associate must also have strong business process skills.
lead the supplier management, governance, financial processes and continuous improvement responsibilities
Gain knowledge of aspects of financial management including budget responsibilities
Engage in financial management including budget responsibilities, TEMS and Billing, and ordering processes for network services.
Oversee and ensure that external providers and resources deliver on business outcomes and contractual obligations
Learn about oversight of the governance process, policy and procedure consistency, compliance management, issue management and action item management processes
Lead contract reviews, RFPs, benchmarking activities to ensure cost and quality excellence.
Ensure smooth transition from contract to implementation planning.
Conduct information sessions to educate scope and terms of contracts across the network organization.
Manage network suppliers to align with and adhere to global delivery and operational management standards.
Assure contract compliance as well as achievement of SLAs and other contractual obligations.
Analyze existing supplier effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis for network. Approve actions for financial management, TEMS and Billing.
Partner with IT Finance to establish and maintain the internal budget, forecasting and updates to align financials with strategy and operational requirements
Coordinate global audit functions, partnering with Q&C.
Work with service providers and internal resources to ensure appropriate delivery and operational management of governance, policy, compliance, and operational processes
Develop and execute continuous improvement plans include business cases to support proposed improvements. Establish baseline metrics and success factors
Lead TLM programs to refresh equipment within budgeted capital plan

Qualifications: Certifications, Knowledge, and Soft Skills
1) Required: Bachelor s degree Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications
2) Required: 8+ Years of Proven experience in Network Business Management
3) Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills
4) Required: ITILv3 Certification, Lean/Kaizen, PMI certification
5) Strong financial and analytic experience
6) Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with other IT teams and business leaders
7) Experience planning and managing a large operating budget to control expenses, and meet savings target
8) Able to develop and present compelling business cases and budgets and be able gain consensus throughout the organization.
9) Demonstrated strong influence and negotiating skills
10) Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
11) Excellent written and oral communication skills
A key aspect to the Manager of Business Management role is engage with providers across all network technologies (data, voice and contact center) while meeting of business requirements through outcomes and metrics. It will be important for this associate to have a wide range of network and computer skills, must be able to take on increasing levels of responsibility, and job pressures. It will be important to be sensitive to the customer perception as the New Consumer Health
