We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily output goals Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with company objectives Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational issues promptly Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to optimize equipment performance and product quality Provide training and mentorship to production staff to enhance skills and performance Prepare reports on production metrics, downtime, and safety incidents for management review Enforce adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards Ability to analyze data and utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and training staff Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a deadline-driven setting

Pay: $60,558.64-$70,000.00 per year
