Vous avez une experience en gestion des operations et/ou en tant que superviseur des operations, vous avez travaille dans l'aeronautique et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un

Superviseur aux operations (quart de soir)

pour rejoindre notre equipe des operations basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos defis:



Exercer votre leadership tout en respectant la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise; Etre capable de travailler sous pression et d'engager son equipe pour respecter des delais stricts; Gerez les performances de votre equipe a l'aide de KPIs; Gerer la charge de travail et la performance individuelle des employes syndiques; Assurer l'amelioration continue, notamment avec l'application du processus de resolution de problemes; Coacher votre equipe (15-25 employes) afin de developper leur talent dans l'organisation; Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus cles menant a l'atteinte des objectifs; Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques a travers l'organisation.

Votre profil:



Vous avez au moins cinq (5) annees d'experience en gestion dans un milieu syndique, dans l'industrie manufacturiere ou aerospatiale idealement; Vous avez d'excellentes competences en gestion; Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement, d'une flexibilite tres forte et etes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision; Vous etes axe sur les resultats, capable de respecter des delais serres et a l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence; Vous avez de solides competences en communication; Vous avez une bonne comprehension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'amelioration continue; Vous maitrisez le francais et l'anglais.

Possibilite d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les periodes de vacances.

Production Supervisor (evening shift)

to join our operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Your challenges:



Exercise your leadership while respecting the company's vision and values; Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines; Manage your team's performance using KPI's; Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees; Ensure continuous improvement, in particular with the application of the problem-solving process; Coach your team (15-25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization; Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives; Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.


Your boarding pass:



You have management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry; You have excellent management skills; You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision; You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and have a sense of urgency; You have strong communication skills; You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement; You are fluent in French and English.

Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.
