Shifts run Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover night shifts when needed.

What You'll Do

Drive Daily Success

Guide daily production activities to meet targets and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards. Allocate labor and resources to keep operations efficient and responsive.

Support the Team

Supervise and coach operators with clear expectations, regular feedback, and skill-building opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Protect the Product

Ensure strict adherence to CFIA, HACCP, SQF, and internal food safety protocols. Support with investigations and corrective actions with urgency and precision.

Champion Safety

Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct inspections, and lead incident reviews with care and clarity.

Drive Better Ways

Spot inefficiencies and lead improvements -- from reducing downtime to implementing new tech and processes.

What You'll Bring

Post-secondary education in Food Science, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years in food manufacturing, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role (dairy preferred). Strong grasp of dairy processes like pasteurization and batching. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) and Excel. A mindset for problem-solving, accountability, and clear communication. Bonus: Experience with SPC tools or Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
