Rethink Solutions Inc. (RSI), an Altus Group business, is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team! Not just any Analyst, but one who is obsessed with actionable data, dashboard efficiency, innovative tools, and uncompromised customer satisfaction! Reporting to the Head of Marketing for RSI, the successful candidate will own digital analysis projects and provide innovative data and technology-driven solutions that support both self-directed and facilitated professional and organizational opportunities.

The Sr. Marketing Analysts' focus specializes in creating, measuring, reporting and optimizing the marketing experience, from point of awareness (via ads, SEO, events, etc.) through to hand off to sales. Eventually, this person will develop solutions to enhance the customer journey from moment of awareness through to advocacy (i.e. reviews, referrals, etc.). They will make it possible for RSI to visualize the prospect-to-customer experience through data, maximize existing and potential revenue opportunities, simplify KPI reporting and dashboards, and unlock key data to drive conversions at every stage of the journey. This position will require knowledge in Web analytics tools, paid acquisition, and other data analysis tools, including bringing together data from multiple sources to report on and optimize the entire brand experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Marketing Analyst will be responsible for spearheading our team's analytical marketing initiatives! Such day-to-day duties include:

Studying website and landing page behaviour patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience.

Managing, testing, and optimizing an effective paid acquisition strategy across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other appropriate platforms.

Using quantitative data, measurement software, traffic extracts, click streams and drill-downs to develop an understanding of customer behaviour, demographics and lifecycle.

Coordinating report requirements with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Applying statistics-based market intelligence to business issues, formulating recommendations, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across RSI.

Skills:

Innate ability to notice and name weaknesses in marketing activities/customer experiences, as well as the resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to build solutions.

Innate ability to conceptualize creative and value-driven solutions that exceed client expectations and set new standards for the quality and effectiveness of marketing.

Strong Technical Analytical Skills via Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

Analytics & Reporting, Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Speed, Contact Crawling, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Proven ability to oversee project delivery and production for a variety of modalities (e.g. web, mobile, media, email, e-learning, etc.) and audiences

Proven capacity to identify solutions, whether in process improvement or software, to improve existing systems.

Capacity to develop and manage specific project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, in alignment with a value-driven mission.

Skilled communicator across mediums (oral, written, electronic, etc.) and audiences (peers, managers, executives, direct reports, clients, vendors, etc.)

Proven ability to learn, adopt and lead deployment of new technologies, processes, etc.

Professional knowledge of marketing data analysis technologies and their applications is required.

Our future Sr. Marketing Analyst will require proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills, and technical understanding of digital marketing as well as reporting and analysis architecture. Additional attributes include:

Possesses general understanding of software development, web development, video production and other media.

Minimum Qualifications :

Case study examples and/or portfolio of previous analysis projects, the problems identified, solutions applied to address them, and the overall outcomes

Minimum 5 years of diverse marketing experience in a busy agency, studio or production environment in fields such as software marketing or related experience.

Minimum 4 years informal project management experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years leading marketing data analysis function.
