Ideal candidate is seeking growth to the next level and opportunity to broaden their skills.Essential Job Functions

• Manage treasury and cash management operations outside of US and Canada including bank administration and control accesses, etc., international banking relationship management with HSBC, and disbursement management
• Review and control Rest of World (ROW) payments (ACHs, wires, EFT, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Provide 13-week cash projections of ROW on a monthly basis
• Assist with cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis
• Manage monthly bank reconciliation process of ROW
• Manage intercompany loans/ cash, dividend payout, and capital injections (coordinate with Treasury, Tax, accounting and legal for global cash repatriation)
• Manage factoring agreements and daily/monthly maintenance of factoring, as well as monthly reconciliations.
• Manage the daily FX, month-end, and natural hedging analysis
• Manage systems and banking implementations and automation for international sites
• Manage the company's bank accounts and signatories and other bank-related documentation (including KYCs, ISDA, etc.) - All banks including US and Canada
• Manage credit card programs
• Manage all lender compliance filing including quarterly compliance certificates and annual perfection certificates
• Oversee cash application/posting function (group of 4) and work closely with accounts receivable team for automation and integration
• Develop team members

Education and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• More than 2 years of treasury and cash management experience
• CPA or CFA - or candidate
• Good knowledge and experience of SAP and Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills
• Learner, articulate, driver, and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation
• Understands basis and cash projections
