The Senior Human Resources Generalist will play an integral role in the organization by providing full-range Human Resources support to our Transchem Group business headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, including regional sales and service teams in Canada and the United States. Transchem is a brand within OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions and is a global leader in providing car wash chemistry and solutions. It specializes in innovative and environmentally conscious chemical development, complemented by a lineup of high-quality, powerful equipment, advanced technology, and effective customer support options. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between Human Resources and Functional Leadership, supporting business needs while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and programs.
