This business unit of Heroux-Devtek's aerostructure operations is involved in the machining and assembly of complex precision parts, structural components and electrical chassis with integral heat exchangers.

Summary:





We are seeking a dedicated and strategic SR. Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. You will leverage your expertise in human resources to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture.



This position is on-site

Pay: $75,000-$95,000


Main responsibilities




Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Utilize HRIS systems - UKG for effective data management and reporting. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Manage budgeting processes related to HR initiatives and programs. Design and facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure clarity on HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. Maintain visitor and employee CGP regulations and monitoring as DO for the site. Actively seeks out sources of new funding for training grants, apprenticeship programs Maintains confidentiality in all work Maintains the Health and Safety program for the site Assists Payroll department with payroll related duties as needed Special projects as assigned

Our ideal candidate:




6+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist role with experience in benefits administration, health and safety, recruiting, and employee relations. Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as a Business Partner or similar position. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in budgeting processes related to HR functions. Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive strategic decisions. Experience in training development and implementation is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the HR context.
