We are seeking a Sr. Front End Engineer to join our dynamic, global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product and working closely with designers to prototype, iterate, and launch responsive webpages. They will help create the next generation of user centric experiences for a worldwide audience of professionals who are trusting us to guide them through a complex and highly personal journey: global talent mobility.

Duties and Responsibilities * Identify user and system requirements for websites and applications. Responsible for coding, designing, and modifying user-facing features.

• Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other team members to translate the requirements into final deliverables ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Collaboration with the back-end development team to ensure tech and design are in sync for delivery of customer-facing product, collaborate with full stack and backend developers, review code written by front-end and back-end developers.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in front-end quality assurance testing and testing automation. Ensure industry standard development best practices are observed, including accessibility and privacy compliance. Review, evaluate, validate technical requirements, and ensure our software documentation is up to date.
• Acts as technical leader on assigned projects, and assists in the mentoring, training, supervising, and evaluation of less experienced development staff. Lead product innovation by researching, sharing, and presenting emerging tech solutions.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

• Demonstrate the ability to read, analyze, and understand common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Have the ability to respond to complex or difficult inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
• Proficient in front-end web development languages, namely HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in modern application programming languages such as .NET Core and C#.
• Experience developing and deploying major web frameworks or libraries such as React JS, Angular JS, Django, Spring, Express, Vue JS, static site generators, etc. in a large enterprise or worldwide audience. Familiar with search engine optimization (SEO) for search-friendly websites and interfaces.
• Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data architects, and subject matter experts

• Four year technical degree (I.E. bachelors) or equivalent experience required. In such fields such as engineering, science, computer engineering, etc
• 7+ years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
