Job Description

Our large and growing multi-national client is looking for a dynamic Sr. Financial Analyst to excel within the team in progressive hybrid working environment - great opportunity to advance your career to the next level with a very good mentorship program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models and other analyses to create new initiatives, monitor trends, and identify anomalies

• Produce and update standard reporting for management including sales and gross profit, perform budget reviews (actual vs. budget) and business analytics

• Support the development of the annual budget

• Assist with preparing various analysis and presentations for senior leaders

• Assess business risks and opportunities and provide new recommendations

Requirements :

Bachelor\'s Degree in business (Accounting & Finance) and/or a recognized accounting accreditation [CA/CMA/CGA/CPA]

• Experience: 3+ years in progressive Finance roles supporting Sales/Finance and Operations teams

• Retail or CPG experience would be an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide valuable analysis and recommendations

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Adv Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Expertise in creating and managing complex SQL queries and databases

• Experience with SSRS is an asset

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to build good working relationships with all teams throughout the company

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
