You'll join a team at the heart of CIBC Capital Markets core data hub, digital transformation, successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects involving multiple back-end systems. As a Senior Consultant, within Capital Market's Client Data Services you will support a multi-year strategy to design and build BAU solutions and new solutions on Cloud platform for a cross asset class client onboarding workflow solution. You'll oversee the ideation and implementation of easy, flexible, and personalized solutions that enhance the client experience. You'll work closely with your team to ensure appropriate delivery of support services, and ensure adherence to standards and operating procedures.

How You'll Succeed

  • Understanding Requirements - Demonstrate extensive leadership ability in order to extract the most thoughtful user feedback and to lead a team of developers and designers in implementing their vision.
  • Relationship Management - Work closely with clients and business partners to develop, test, and implement business process applications.
Who you are
  • You can demonstrate experience with: 8-10 years of hands-on UI design and development experience. You have a deep understanding of testing practices such as TDD/automated unit testing as well as experience writing unit test cases. strong knowledge and experience with:.NET Framework 4.6 (and above), .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful API, Message Queuing (Solace, MQ etc) and Unit Testing Framework for Front-end applications. Good understanding of DevOps methodology. Experience working in an Agile setup.
  • It's an Asset if: You have knowledge of React.js, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, UI/UX Design, Kendo UI, Agile, Azure development and SOLID design principles.
  • You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, SW Engineering, or related programming degree/diploma.
