As a member of the Marketing Journeys team, you will join a team that is responsible to develop end to end customer journeys, operational processes and associated benefits/impacts to drive economic KPIs and support the delivery of exceptional experiences for our Rogers Wireless, Connected Home, Fido and Chatr customers, both current and new.

For this Sr Analyst, Marketing Journeys position the focus is to support lead generation activities to increase capture rates, improve the quality of leads and ultimately drive conversion rates.

You will become the expert for identifying key moments within the marketing journey to engage and nurture our customers.

What you will be doing:

Monitor and help drive marketing KPIs that align to the business priorities and goals

Drive the Insights & analytics to determine the success of implemented marketing technology and the return of the investment made

Support pilot programs and A/B testing

Support the execution marketing campaigns and journey designs based on learning from insights.

Liaise/partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Marketing, Customer Base Management, Channel Marketing teams to ensure Prospect activities alignment of performance.

What you bring:

3+ years of hand on experience working with marketing technology platforms

Demonstrated experience driving and executing marketing plans using tactics not limited to: E-mail, Outbound telemarketing, SMS, Web/Online.

Experienced in Lead generation and management tactics

Superior organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment

Excellent presentation skills

A team player with collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
