Summary

We are seeking a passionate Coach to join our team at Cedar Springs Health Racquet & Sportsclub in Burlington. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a love for sports among our members while contributing to our mission of becoming a family destination. Your expertise will help shape the athletic skills of our community.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs tailored to different skill levels. Run house leagues and club programs as well as lessons. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions in various racquet sports. Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation. Organize and lead workshops or clinics to enhance skills. Collaborate with other staff members to promote club events. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Maintain equipment and facilities in excellent condition.

Qualifications

Proven experience in coaching or teaching racquet sports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages. Knowledge of squash is an asset. Certification in coaching or related field preferred. First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage. Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement.

Pay: $25.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
