are seeking an experienced Spreader Operator with proven ability to run an asphalt paving crew. This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience paving roads, parking lots, pathways, and similar projects. Experience operating a Weiler asphalt paver and running automatics is very important.Snow removal and winter work are available through this position
Responsibilities:
Operate spreader equipment and
Weiler asphalt paver
Run and adjustautomatics
for grade and slope Lead and coordinate an asphalt paving crew Oversee paving of roads, parking lots, and pathways Ensure quality, productivity, and job site safety Perform equipment checks and basic maintenanceRequirements:
Strong experience running an asphalt crew
Proven experience paving roads, parking lots, and pathwaysWeiler paver and automatics experience required
Ability to read plans and manage job execution Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)How to Apply:
