Spray Foam Technician - Residential (London, ON)

London, Ontario, and surrounding areas. We specialize in spray foam, blown-in, and batt

insulation for residential projects. Our focus is on quality, efficiency, and customer

satisfaction.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Spray Foam Technician with proven experience

operating a spray foam rig and maintaining spray foam equipment. The successful candidate

will be able to set up, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on foam guns and related

systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate spray foam rig and equipment safely and efficiently Apply spray foam insulation to residential homes only Mix, spray, and ensure correct foam consistency and coverage Maintain and clean all tools and equipment daily Disassemble, clean, and replace spray gun parts and components as needed Troubleshoot and repair rig or equipment issues on-site Follow all company and safety protocols (PPE, ventilation, WHMIS, etc.) Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on spray foam experience Ability to run a spray foam rig independently Knowledge of foam gun maintenance, including changing and replacing parts Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in tight or elevated spaces Must have reliable transportation to the shop each morning Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
Compensation:

$30-$45 per hour (based on experience)
