Job Summary


We are seeking an Experienced Spray foam Technician.

The Spray Foam Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient application of spray polyurethane foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to strict safety protocols, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Spray Foam Installer will work as part of a crew, reporting to a Crew Leader, to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

Duties

:

Conduct pre-trip inspection of the spray foam rig, including checking fuel, fluid levels, and equipment functionality.
Verify and load all necessary materials (A- and B-side chemicals, PPE, tools) for the job.
Read and understand work orders, project specifications, and safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemicals.
Communicate with the Manager / Supervisor to confirm job details and on-site requirements.
On-Site Duties:
Follow all company and job site safety procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a full-face respirator, gloves, and protective suit.
Properly set up the spray foam rig, including running hoses, connecting to power, and checking pressures and temperatures.
Mask and protect all non-sprayable surfaces, including windows, doors, pipes, and electrical boxes, to prevent overspray.
Safely and skillfully apply spray polyurethane foam to a variety of surfaces, ensuring correct thickness, density, and a consistent finish.
Monitor foam application for proper mixing and curing, making adjustments as needed.

Post-Job & Cleanup:



Trim and finish excess foam to meet project specifications.
Clean the job site, removing all debris, masking materials, and waste.
Properly store all tools, equipment, and hoses in the spray foam rig.
Perform a final quality check and assist the customer perform a walk-through once done contact the Manager / Supervisor for sign-off (Prior to departing from site)
Complete all necessary job site paperwork and documentation

Skills



*Proven experience as a Spray Foam Installer or in a related construction/insulation trade.

Strong understanding of spray foam application techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams. We are willing to train if needed let us know where you have troubles.
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on spray foam equipment.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:



Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs).
Ability to work in confined and tight spaces, such as attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments, including hot, cold, dusty, and humid spaces.
Comfortable working at heights on ladders or scaffolding.
Must be able to wear a full-face respirator and other required PPE for extended periods.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
