About the Role:

Join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career in spray foam insulation! We're looking for experienced candidates who are ready to bring their skills to the next level and contribute to high-quality insulation projects.

Only candidates with 2+ years experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Test spray foam equipment to ensure proper functionality before each service Operate hoses and compressors to spray insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and basements Maintain daily cleanliness of trucks and equipment Work safely and comfortably at heights and in tight spaces Prepare job sites and materials ahead of the installation process Perform thorough clean-up of work areas post-installation

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Clean driver's abstract and criminal background clearance

Steel-toed safety boots (CSA approved)

Good physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments Commitment to always following safety guidelines Client-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Active listening skills and ability to follow directions accurately
