Overview

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated

Spray Foam Technician

to join our team. In this role, you'll apply spray foam insulation according to industry standards and safety protocols, helping deliver energy-efficient, long-lasting solutions for our clients. The right candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare job sites and ensure all materials and equipment are ready for use Read and interpret blueprints or work specs for insulation layout Apply spray foam insulation using industry-approved techniques and PPE Operate and maintain spray foam equipment safely and effectively Perform sealing and caulking to ensure thorough coverage Work in tandem with other trades (e.g., drywall installers) for seamless project delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete job paperwork accurately and submit reports as needed Follow all safety regulations and on-site protocols

Skills & Qualifications

Licensed Spray Foam Installer through

CUFCA

(Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association) Proficient in operating and maintaining

GRACO spray foam equipment

Strong understanding of spray foam application methods and safety standards Proficiency with hand tools (cutting, shaping, and fitting insulation) Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Familiarity with building codes and insulation best practices Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a crew Comfortable working at heights, in attics, or tight spaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record
