The Spray Foam Insulation Technician will be responsible for the timely coordination of installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings to the required specifications.
This position shall be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, site supervisors and crew. The individual holding this position shall possess the ability to effectively manage the daily work assignments, supplies and equipment as required.
Further, the Spray Foam Insulation Technician shall contribute to the company's overall profitability and the quality.
Responsibilities and Duties Required:
Daily spray foam truck inspection which includes but is not limited to, material levels, engine oil, gasoline, coolant, washer fluid, generator fluid and outside circle check of vehicle condition.
Jobsite pre-inspection is required to ensure a professional job can be executed
Direct crew to make the necessary preparations to the jobsite to prevent and protect against over spray and damage to personal property.
Ensure an overall clean and even spray job in accordance with the daily work order
In the event of a breakdown, the spray foam insulation technician is required to trouble shoot/repair/rebuild the equipment to the best of their abilities. Note: if assistance or parts are required, a call to the Operations Manager is necessary.
Complete daily work sheets and submit upon return to the shop.
