We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about health and fitness to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products through effective merchandising and product demonstrations.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding. Utilize technology sales techniques to promote various products effectively Maintain an organized and visually appealing store to attract customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity wiith technical products is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong time management capabilities. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
