We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Popeye's Supplements in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping customers find the right products for their fitness journeys while providing exceptional service that aligns with our mission of promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about sports nutrition and dietary supplements. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle cash transactions with precision and care. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for transaction processing. A passion for health, fitness, and sports nutrition is preferred.
