We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Popeye's Supplements in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find the right products for their fitness journeys while embodying our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs Provide detailed information about sports nutrition and supplements Process transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor Demonstrate product knowledge through effective merchandising Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash and manage financial transactions responsibly Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Knowledge of sports nutrition products is an asset Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math skills for transaction processing.
