Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with

extensive knowledge surrounding Professional Sports

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales as well as sports, with a strong ability to engage with customers and drive revenue through effective product promotion. Additionally, experience working with trading cards and sports memorabilia would be a huge bonus!

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Actively promote and sell products while demonstrating features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
-Stocking of shelves and helping create orders when required

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sports and sports-related products is beneficial for selling specialized products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
