Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families? Our mobile private practice is seeking a dynamic SLP to join our team! We are a clinician owned private practice that offers services in-home and in the daycare and school environments to children aged 0-6 years, focusing on creating strong connections and empowering families. We are looking to expand our team to allow us to provide interdisciplinary services to families across Manitoba including rural areas.

The Opportunity:
As an SLP, you will be an integral part of our team, providing direct services to children and families within their natural environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building strong relationships, and is committed to making a difference.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based SLP services to children aged 0-6 years in their homes, daycares, or schools.
Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in collaboration with families and other professionals.
Implement child-led, play-based interventions that are strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming.
Educate and empower families with strategies to support their child's development.
Maintain accurate and timely client records.
Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Flexibility to attend, run and develop various workshops and presentations with other professionals and businesses.
Requirements:
Valid registration and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM).
Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
Availability to work 4 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
Valid Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) dated within the last 6 months.
Experience working with children aged 0-6 years and their families is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
