What you will do....
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication in pediatrics.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve their speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is a plus
-Supervision would be provided if necessary (Fresh Graduates can apply)
