Your Role



As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Tailor Made SLP, you'll:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs in children aged 1-18. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans Provide therapy sessions in homes, daycares, or schools while collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals. Empower parents and caregivers with techniques to continue supporting their child's progress beyond therapy. Actively participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For



We are searching for an SLP who shares our dedication to transforming lives:

Education:

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience:

Pediatric experience preferred, especially with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Certification:

RASP list qualification preferred; must be a member (or be eligible) of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and play skills with a passion for engaging with children and families.

Transportation:

Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
