Primary Responsibilities:
Consultation, screening, and evidence based assessment and treatment of communication disorders
Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
Provide client and family centred intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy using our electronic charting system, in accordance with CASLPO regulations

Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders
Registration in good standing with CASLPO
