Le r\xc3\xb4le du sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de facturation consiste \xc3\xa0 faire la facturation de mani\xc3\xa8re pr\xc3\xa9cise et en temps opportun ainsi que les t\xc3\xa2ches connexes. Job Summary

The Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely customer invoicing process and other related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. He/She should use judgement against billing requests, following process and best practices. He/she must respect the guiding principles of our organization: integrity, customer first, responsibility, respect and excellence to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The incumbent must be rigorous, analytical, highly motivated and eager to learn while working closely with colleagues.

Section A \xe2\x80\x93 Specific Responsibilities

Customer satisfaction

Billing of equipment, deposit invoiced and others

Responsible for preparation of monthly billing of recurring fees, adhoc requests, credit notes and others, etc.

Responsible for accurate and timely changes to the monthly recurring fees, identifies inequalities, and applies corrections

Manages related customer contract information in various databases

Handle customer requests that are sometimes complex

Identifies and proposes areas of improvements

Manages and organizes large quantity of information

Interact with various internal business stakeholders (finance, sales, customer success, shipping, etc)

Maintain in an organize manner documentation, back up and authorization for adjustments, etc.

Support other team members

Understands and comply with McKesson policies and procedures

Other tasks, as required.

Section B \xe2\x80\x93 Job Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience

Degree in business or accounting

Self motivated, organized and able to prioritize daily responsibilities

Proficient in MS suite (Excel, Outlook)

Must be fully bilingual, French and English, written and spoken

Team player and strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of databases (Epicor and Salesforce an asset).

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$54,900 - $91,500
