The QA Reviewer has the authority to take the required decisions regarding lot release.
Responsabilities & Duties :
Review and approval of documents
- Review documentation and approve or reject lots according to approved checklists
- Perform lot status changes in SAP
- Keep reference tables and other communication & priorization tools up to date
- Author and revise standard operating procedures (SOP) related to the position
- Participate in various initiatives and projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Issue Certificate of Manufacturing for products sold to external clients
- Ensure presence of unique product identification or required analysis for lots received from external suppliers and those packaged at the plant
- Approve Quarantine Use authorizations
- Investigate, review and/or approve non-conformities and ensure all required documents are adequately completed
- Observation skills, thoroughness and rigor
- Capacity to take decisions and to communicate them with tact and diplomacy
- Bilingual oral and written (English / French)
- Facility to interact and excellent aptitude to communicate with people
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to write & interpret technical documents
- Competent with MS Office, SAP (an asset)
Experience : 2 years: Minimum of 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical field Several years of experience without a degree will be considered as the equivalent
