Description :

The QA Reviewer has the authority to take the required decisions regarding lot release.

Responsabilities & Duties :

Review and approval of documents

  • Review documentation and approve or reject lots according to approved checklists
  • Perform lot status changes in SAP
Other responsabilities
  • Keep reference tables and other communication & priorization tools up to date
  • Author and revise standard operating procedures (SOP) related to the position
  • Participate in various initiatives and projects with multidisciplinary teams
  • Issue Certificate of Manufacturing for products sold to external clients
  • Ensure presence of unique product identification or required analysis for lots received from external suppliers and those packaged at the plant
  • Approve Quarantine Use authorizations
  • Investigate, review and/or approve non-conformities and ensure all required documents are adequately completed
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
  • Observation skills, thoroughness and rigor
  • Capacity to take decisions and to communicate them with tact and diplomacy
  • Bilingual oral and written (English / French)
  • Facility to interact and excellent aptitude to communicate with people
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to write & interpret technical documents
  • Competent with MS Office, SAP (an asset)
Education : Bachelor

Experience : 2 years: Minimum of 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical field Several years of experience without a degree will be considered as the equivalent
