est responsable des activites de vente axees sur les solutions

Video/Voix

, alignees sur la strategie globale du compte et en collaboration avec le charge de compte (AE), pour des comptes existants ou nouveaux. Ce role met l'accent sur l'innovation, la proposition de valeur, l'acquisition de comptes, la gestion du pipeline, la collaboration strategique et la livraison de services avant-gardistes repondant aux besoins des clients dans un environnement technologique en evolution rapide.

Responsabilites principales



Utiliser son expertise en collaboration pour piloter des initiatives proactives sur les solutions Video/Voix. Fournir un soutien expert et diriger les prospects techniques. Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des propositions de valeur des concurrents et naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes. Atteindre les quotas de vente et mener a bien les initiatives commerciales. Collaborer avec le charge de compte pour identifier, acquerir, adopter, developper, renouveler et conclure des opportunites. Assurer une gestion de pipeline de haute qualite et favoriser la collaboration strategique. Etablir et maintenir des relations consultatives avec les clients a tous les niveaux, y compris la direction executive. Developper et presenter des solutions basees sur les resultats, adaptees aux besoins specifiques des clients.

Formation et experience recommandees



Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum de

5 ans d'experience

en vente ou dans un role similaire. Historique demontre d'atteinte des quotas de vente et de croissance des activites. Experience en gestion de processus de vente et en developpement de relations clients. Solide comprehension des tendances du marche et capacite a transformer les analyses en opportunites commerciales.

Connaissances et competences



Expertise dans les solutions de collaboration et la vente technique. Solide sens des affaires et capacite a instaurer la confiance avec les clients. Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes et en planification strategique. Communication et leadership, capacite a naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes. Adaptabilite aux nouvelles capacites commerciales et aux tendances emergentes (plateformes, marketplaces...). Aisance avec les nouvelles technologies et l'intelligence artificielle.

Nouvelles technologies et IA :



Faire preuve de curiosite et de confiance dans l'adoption des outils et technologies emergents -- notamment l'IA -- pour ameliorer la performance commerciale, l'engagement client et la productivite. Capacite a apprendre, s'adapter et appliquer rapidement les solutions numeriques dans le travail quotidien, et a utiliser les informations generees par l'IA pour prendre des decisions plus eclairees et personnaliser les interactions clients.

Remuneration et avantages sociaux

The Collaboration Specialist is responsible for owning the Video/Voice Solution focused selling activities


aligned to an overall account strategy and the Account Executive (AE) with existing or new accounts. This role


focuses on driving innovation, value proposition, account acquisition, pipeline management, and strategic


collaboration, and delivering forward-thinking service offerings that address client needs in a rapidly evolving


technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities



Use collaboration expertise to drive proactive initiatives for Video/Voice solutions. Provide expert support and lead technical sales leads. Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions and navigate complex organizational structures. Achieve sales quotas and drive successful sales initiatives. Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities. Ensure high-quality pipeline management and strategic collaboration. Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership Develop and present outcome-based solutions tailored to customer business needs

Education & Experience Recommended:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Expertise in collaboration solutions and technical sales. Strong business acumen and customer trust. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. "platform" / marketplace...). Compensation and Benefits




The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $132,150 to $179,750 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.


As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits--will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
