The Merchandising Process and Systems Specialist is part of the Support team that is responsible for ensuring that Merchandising and supporting teams are able to access, retrieve and utilize data such as Product, Cost and Price. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with our team and others data, reports an EUCs are operating effectively, efficient, and correctly.
Complete User Acceptance Testing(UAT) validating and identifying bugs and defects within End User Computing solutions (EUCs) tables and other data platforms
Minor updates to code associated with internal reports and tools
Identify root causes and proactively look for improvements to eliminate or reduce possible issues
Solve & execute certain Merchandising issues and process by evaluating information gathered from Merchandising users and understanding process, application and systems integration behavior

The business is also looking for someone who has:
A good technical knowledge and affinity for application, report and database design
Knowledge and experience with database tools or applications such as MS Access, Knime, DB Visualizer
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft platform particularly MS Access and MS Excel
A University degree or College Diploma in Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Good interpersonal communication and effective time management skills is required.
Open to new graduates
Some experience with Microsoft Azure is an assent.
