Job Summary

At Baycrest Foundation, we're seeking a Specialist, Marketing Data and Analytics to help power our next generation of insight-based fundraising and donor engagement. You will use data, analytics, and technology to drive smarter marketing decisions and contribute to a mission that's advancing brain health and helping to defeat dementia.

In this hands-on role, you'll work with tools like HubSpot, GA4, WordPress, Raiser's Edge, TeamRaiser, and emerging AI and automation platforms to connect audience behavior with measurable outcomes. You'll help operationalize our digital ecosystem, supporting the integration and optimization of digital and direct mail fundraising programs, by building dashboards and automation workflows, optimizing campaigns, and tracking performance to support growth in event participation and fundraising, as well as donor acquisition, retention, and conversion.

We're looking for someone who's eager to help lay the groundwork for Baycrest Foundation's long-term digital strategy. This role is central to building the systems, processes, and insights that will drive marketing performance for years to come. You'll bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to learn--turning data into understanding and optimizing donor experiences. This is an opportunity to develop in-demand technical skills while supporting meaningful work that improves lives.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Marketing Automation & Segmentation

Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing automation programs in HubSpot, including lead nurturing, donor journeys, re-engagement campaigns, and event-triggered workflows. Build detailed subscriber and donor segments based on behavioral, demographic, and giving data to improve targeting and increase conversion rates. Analyze and report on campaign performance (open/click rates, conversions, and engagement trends) and prepare recommendations for improvement. Connect content engagement to donation performance. Ensure email marketing complies with CASL and internal requirements.

Web Analytics & Performance Tracking

Use GA4 to track website and campaign performance, focusing on donor journeys, conversion points, and engagement metrics. Coordinate GA4 insights with HubSpot to monitor the full lead-to-donor funnel, identify high-performing content, and refine automation strategies. Use GA4 and SEO data to evaluate WordPress landing pages, blog content, and donation pathways to ensure optimal site performance and user flow. Support integration of web behavior data into Raiser's Edge donor records via tagging, UTM tracking, and custom fields. Assist in building reports and dashboards for Events and Giving programs that combine GA4, HubSpot, and Raiser's Edge data to show digital campaign impact and donor acquisition trends. Donor and Prospect Management Support the review of donor database records in Raiser's Edge and HubSpot to ensure clean, actionable data is available for segmentation and targeting. Integrate insights to support campaign personalization, track multi-channel performance, and align fundraising initiatives with digital outreach. Analyze donor giving patterns and retention trends to inform engagement strategies and improve lifetime donor value.

Digital Experience & Content Optimization

Work with content and design teams to support website user experience for lead capture, event promotion, and campaign landing pages in WordPress. Use traffic and engagement data to inform donor and subscriber acquisition strategies. Support conversion tracking and web analytics integration to assess campaign and page performance.

AI-Driven Optimization & Innovation

Stay current on emerging AI tools that enhance marketing efficiency, segmentation accuracy, and personalization. Support integration of AI tools into HubSpot workflows (predictive lead scoring, automated testing, personalization at scale). Use AI where appropriate for data cleaning and enrichment to improve targeting and insight generation. Apply AI-driven content and SEO tools in WordPress and campaigns to accelerate production and optimize performance. Contribute to evaluating and adopting AI-powered tools that enhance campaign agility, analytics, and user experience.

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare summary reports on donor acquisition, campaign ROI, and email/database growth. Coordinate with Fundraising and Communications teams to align database and analytics strategies with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for A/B testing and data enrichment to enhance marketing performance. Support collaboration with external vendors or consultants on CRM and data analytics services. Support the integration and optimization of digital and direct mail fundraising programs to ensure consistent donor experiences and unified reporting across channels.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or marketing analytics (non-profit experience an asset).
