What you'll be doing:

Data Operations

:


Coordinate with the support team and internal stakeholders to maintain and improve performance and user experience of the Information Delivery Data platform Review and augment requests, ensuring high quality and sufficient turnaround times Report and analyze data to provide insights in support of the operation of the data platform

Business Analysis

:


Collaborating with various departments to identify and document business needs. Analyzing and breaking down complex business processes. Facilitating meetings to understand and collect user requirements. Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.

Product Delivery:

Testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the solutions. Collaborating with technical staff to ensure that the solutions meet business needs. Designing, building, and implementing data products using Databricks and/or PowerBI Working with innovative technologies such as advanced data modeling, generative AI, and more

What you must have:

Pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Effective communication skills, and are able to convey technical information in a way that is accessible to diverse audiences.
