Have good working knowledge of managing contracts and contract negotiations.Understanding of procurement and materials management practicesKey contributor to Reliability and Integrity compliance, focusing on continuous improvementDrive Maintenance performance improvementDrive and optimize execution KPI\xe2\x80\x99sMonitor project progression and complete reporting to ensure team metrics are achievedDrive continuous improvement initiativesSingle point of contact for Vendor Joint Execution Team meetings driving optimization initiativesProven analytical skillsEnsure processes are carried out effectively and drive continuous improvement:Support with maintaining maintenance documentation and proceduresSupport the development of new and modify existing procedures and work instructionsSupport the CAP-M program lifecycle for embedded trades team (Competency Assurance Program - Maintenance)Who you are:Journeyperson trade certification or Technical Diploma from an accredited institution is considered an asset.Minimum of 12 years related experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper or power generation industriesExperience / working knowledge of:Facility maintenance, project development/ management/ execution, cost and time management, HAZOPs, and management of change process\xe2\x80\x99s (MOC\xe2\x80\x99s)Support the development and implementation of procedures, standards, competency assurance activitiesProfessional and personable individual who:Has proven leadership capabilitiesIs organized, takes initiative, and able to prioritizeIs an analytical problem solverWorks well in a team as well as individually to achieve results in a busy environment with multiple collaborators and various technical backgroundsIs a fast learner with the ability to develop and enhance new ideasIs efficiency focused and can identify and implement improvements to enhance work execution and/or operational integrityA good understanding and working knowledge of:Various engineered drawings and documents, e.g., P&IDs, single lines, datasheetsApplicable energy codes, standards, regulations, and actsSafety certifications as stipulated by Cenovus EnergyAs this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessmentsFor this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver\'s license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines.
