The Associate, Social Media Content will support the day-to-day management of Concentrix' owned social channels. This role is responsible for creating, curating, and posting content driving engagement through our social media accounts creating awareness and affinity for the Concentrix Brand among staff, potential staff, business customers, potential customers, and industry influencers and experts. He/she will also assist with social reporting, analytics and post and account reporting for Brand protection. This position will report into the Senior Manager Global Social Media.

What you will do in this role

Lead Social Media content planning, creation, scheduling, and delivery across all channels. Manage day to day Corporate Social Media content calendar and coordinate with regions. Use social media management tools for content development, delivery, and performance analysis, e.g.: Hootsuite, CANVA, ASANA, Airtable, Adobe suite, Talkwalker, and Google Analytics. Use AI tools to guide with content creation: HeyGen, VEO3, Nano Banana, Higgsfield Identify new opportunities for social content across all channels to source influencer and user generated content for the Concentrix Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. Conduct ongoing review and assessment of follower growth, post performance, and audience engagement to identify opportunities to improve content quality, creation, and performance. Research Social Media content, company approaches and results, and platform trends. Understand audiences, individuals, and their preferences by listening and studying their digital and non-digital actions and communications, and use that understanding to attract, engage and influence people through oral, digital, and most importantly social communications.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

Associate's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 3 - 5 Years of Experience preferred Strong attention to detail especially in visual, written, and digital communications. Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills: visual, written and verbal, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and a variety of audiences in a professional way. Strong understanding, interest, and proficiency in major social media platforms and their best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube with good research skills to understand trends in the social media industry. Ability to communicate clear direction to static and motion (animation and video) creative designers to create compelling social content. Ability to leverage creative designer templates and creative tools to write and create social static, animated, and video content.

The base salary range for this position is CAD 55,500 to 60,000 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
