POSITION:

We are currently seeking two talented and motivated individuals to join the Construction Team as a Specialist, Client Experience to provide first-class customer support. The Specialist, Customer Experience will join one of the most dynamic and leading real estate developers of Montreal. This person will report to the Project Director, Construction, Delivery and Customization, with dotted line reporting to the President, Construction.

The primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is client-driven and meticulous, with a proven track record of providing the highest standard of client support. The incumbent must have excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills. The candidate must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, diplomacy, tact, composure, and commitment to deliver the highest quality service and product as well as be accountable for results and adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s high-quality control standards.

We are seeking a technical thinker who can effectively manage client relationships and promote a strong brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide the highest level of client satisfaction, both internally and externally;
  • Perform inspections with internal stakeholders;
  • Perform inspections with buyers to aid them through the process;
  • Support our clients throughout the full sales process and streamline experience;
  • Answer questions and discuss concerns with clients on the phone and via email prior to receiving approved and signed inspections;
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Management department;
  • Track all points of customer engagement and keep Property Management apprised to ensure a smooth transfer of the communication with the client;
  • Participate in weekly meetings to aid in developing ways to enhance client service and the client experience;
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of each client interaction to ensure smooth transitions with the property management department;
  • Determine the best way to address customer needs;
  • Thoroughly explain how our products and services benefit the customer;
  • Collaborate with the Construction Department;
  • Work closely with the Project Director, Construction, Delivery and Customization on their day-to-day tasks;
  • Identify ways to improve our client services;
  • All other related tasks: i.e., on-site coordination for personalized units (VIP treatment) that need more attention to details and care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a client-facing role;
  • Previous experience in real estate and construction, an asset;
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or any related field, an asset;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while managing priorities, and working with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to adapt and change to an ever-evolving market;
  • Team player, bright, efficient, effective, autonomous, and detail oriented;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, a must;
  • A people person with excellent communication skills in French and English;
  • Flexible hours, when the task needs to be successfully completed.
