The Impact You\'ll Make

The Specialist, Client Strategy is assists in the development of audience-focused, data-driven marketing strategies for our consumer packaged goods (CPG) client partners. Working with in a team \xe2\x80\x9cpod\xe2\x80\x9d structure, you will collaborate with Account Executives (sales), Account Managers, Media Execution Specialists and other Marketing Strategists to deliver an outstanding level of client service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. They will consistently work to improve team processes and documentation, in order to increase time spent on critical thinking and optimizations. What You\'ll Do:

  • Aid Manager in developing marketing programs on behalf of a diverse group of client partners
  • Gathers audiences, insights, customer data and other supporting materials to guide campaign proposals
  • Streamline and automate strategy team processes from proposals to execution
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Media Execution/Ad Ops, ensuring a seamless transition from strategic sell-through to execution
  • Actively update proposal, media plan and post report tickets in JIRA Project Management software, ensuring team works together to deliver work within established timelines
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to inform audience construction recommendations and campaign learning agendas
  • Accurately maintains key documents like media plans, blocking charts, annual planning calendars, etc.
  • Works with sales team, account managers and execution teams to grow client relationships
  • Support post-campaign check-ins with clients and agencies, sharing actionable insights.
Does this sound like you?
  • 2-3 years of experience in advertising or marketing \xe2\x80\x93 relevant past experiences could include media planning, account management, programmatic advertising, digital sales, brand management, or other marketing roles
  • Bachelor Degree, College Diploma, or certification in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and complete projects independently.
  • Constructively challenges assumptions and answers questions with data, rather than personal opinions
  • Ability to simplify all communications, often sharing technical information with non-technical people.
  • Understanding/familiarity of Demand Side platforms including Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, etc. is an asset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
