Job Summary:



As a member of the Mountain Events A/V Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of events, with a focus on the Fire and Ice Show. This includes assisting with setup, teardown, and operation of show hardware, branding elements, A/V equipment, control systems, and show effects. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and event partners to ensure each production is safe, engaging, and executed to the highest standard.

Job Responsibilities:



Provide technical support on show hardware, A/V equipment, control systems, and signal issues. Other duties that may be assigned by the Events Manager, Lead Hands or Production Managers, including meetings and training. Uphold standard operating procedures and processes for A/V team. Provide in-house support to other departments and interface with the IT Department. Passion to proactively seek solutions customers confident in our abilities and solutions. Such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time Entrepreneurship, sense of urgency: react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Availability on Sundays from December to March. Committed to do 11 shows + training and orientation days as assigned. 6+ years in a role with A/V installation responsibilities. Strong project management skills. Strong organization and Team Leadership skills Ability to set up audio and/or video installations from start to finish. Strong knowledge of A/V and Lighting needs for groups of varying size. Ability to identify group needs and proven guest service. Proven attention to details and follow-up. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to show good judgment.
