is looking for a Special Finance Manager! As part of the elite non-prime sales team at RightRide Guelph, you will use your knowledge of the sales framework and your customer service expertise to successfully match valued customers with new or pre-owned vehicles.   • Listen to the clients to help meet their needs
  • Be empathetic to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, wants, and concerns
  • Be patient and guide clients through a thorough buying process supported by the established sales framework
  • Meet sales goals and objectives focusing by on our 40/40/40 model. That\xe2\x80\x99s 40 calls, 40 texts, and 40 messages online a day to get the word out, and invite new and existing clients in
  • Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the vehicles features and conducting a test drive
  • Complete vehicle quotes and explain financing and warranty options for new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Transfer ownership of a vehicle utilizing an established delivery process which ensures the client understands the vehicles operating features and warranty
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our valued clients to further promote the dealership\xe2\x80\x99s brand within the market
  • Manage the customer service experience by following up with clients to obtain feedback and request referrals
  • Create an exceptional client experience
  • Available to work Saturdays and extended hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you need
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is an asset, but we\xe2\x80\x99re here to build new careers, so not necessary!
  • Committed to on-going professional development
  • Results driven attitude
  • Amazing customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Knowledge of CDK, VIN, and Dealertrack considered and asset.
  • OMVIC Certification
