About us NLP FINANCE INC is a small business in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL A2A 2T5. We are a finance and insurance brokerage firm located in Grand Falls Windsor, NL with a focus in RV, Marine and Powersports industries. The successful applicant's job function will start in a support role to current finance team with day to day business operations. Areas of responsibility will include credit application processing and consumer loan documentation. At the end of your 3 month training period you will have gained the necessary skills to be retained as a permanent employee. . Our work environment includes:

• We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the consumer finance loan applications of the organization and be familiar with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the long-term success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Account management for provinces of NL and Nova Scotia.
• CRM administration.
• Office 365 experience.
