Votre role



En tant que Specialiste en verification des antecedents et des references, vous jouerez un role essentiel dans la fiabilite et la qualite des services offerts par Trustii. Vous serez responsable de valider les antecedents professionnels des candidats, de contacter leurs references et de documenter les informations recueillies avec precision et professionnalisme.



Vous agirez comme un veritable gardien de la rigueur et de la transparence dans le processus de verification, tout en contribuant a offrir une experience fluide, respectueuse et conforme a nos standards eleves de confidentialite.

Ce que vous ferez




Contacter les references professionnelles fournies par les candidats (anciens gestionnaires, collegues, etc.) afin de valider les experiences de travail. Effectuer les verifications d'emploi et de formation selon les protocoles etablis. Rediger des rapports clairs et precis a partir des informations recueillies. Assurer la confidentialite absolue des donnees traitees et respecter les normes legales et ethiques applicables. Collaborer avec l'equipe de support et d'operations pour assurer la qualite et la rapidite des verifications. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus de verification et des outils internes. Maintenir une communication professionnelle et courtoise avec toutes les parties prenantes (clients, candidats, references).



Profil recherche




Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un role administratif, en verification, en conformite ou en service a la clientele. Excellentes habiletes de communication (orale et ecrite) en francais et en anglais. Grande rigueur, sens du detail et discretion irreprochable. Capacite a gerer plusieurs dossiers simultanement avec efficacite. Confort avec les outils technologiques (CRM, plateformes de verification, suites bureautiques). Esprit d'equipe, fiabilite et professionnalisme. Experience dans le domaine des verifications d'antecedents ou dans un environnement technologique (SaaS) - un atout.

Your Role



As a Background and Reference Verification Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of Trustii's services.

You will be responsible for validating candidates' professional backgrounds, contacting references, and accurately documenting the information collected.



You'll be the guardian of rigor and transparency in the verification process -- ensuring that every report we deliver is complete, accurate, and compliant with our confidentiality standards.

What You Will Do

:


Contact professional references provided by candidates (former managers, colleagues, etc.) to validate their work experience. Conduct employment and education verifications following established protocols. Prepare clear and concise reports based on the information gathered.
Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality and respect for legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate closely with the operations and support teams to ensure quality and timely verifications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and internal tools. Maintain professional, respectful, and courteous communication with all stakeholders (clients, candidates, references).



What We Are Looking For

:


Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, verification, or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools (CRM, verification platforms, office suites).

Team player with strong reliability and professionalism.
Experience in background screening or the tech/SaaS industry is an asset.
