En tant que

Gestionnaire, services aux membres et services administratifs

, vous veillerez a ce que les services aux membres soient offerts selon les plus hauts standards, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail positif et productif pour le personnel de l'AMSC. Vous superviserez les services aux membres, les fonctions de ressources humaines et l'administration de l'organisation, en collaboration avec tous les departements afin d'assurer la disponibilite des ressources, la formation adequate du personnel et l'efficacite des processus.

Vos responsabilites :



Operations



Superviser le traitement rapide et professionnel des demandes des membres (renouvellements, reintegrations, demandes generales) Diriger la fermeture annuelle de la base de donnees des membres et le processus de renouvellement Developper des strategies de recrutement et de retention des membres, et proposer des ajustements aux categories, avantages et valeur offerts Veiller a ce que les systemes et processus d'adhesion repondent aux besoins des membres, du personnel et des partenaires, dans le cadre des budgets approuves Gerer les fonctions de ressources humaines incluant le recrutement, la publication d'offres d'emploi, l'assurance et le soutien RH a l'equipe de gestion Assurer la gestion documentaire et le controle des versions des documents organisationnels (politiques, procedures, guides RH, manuels de gouvernance, ententes, assurances, documents legaux, etc.) Agir comme responsable de la gestion des plaintes en assurant le traitement, la confidentialite et la conservation des dossiers d'enquete Veiller au respect des exigences en matiere de langues officielles dans toutes les communications de l'AMSC Entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes

Fonctions administratives



Produire avec exactitude et dans les delais requis les divers rapports gouvernementaux et d'assurance (ex. : CNESST, renouvellements/reclamations d'assurance) Developper et administrer les politiques et procedures de ressources humaines, ainsi que les politiques liees aux services aux membres Former le personnel, les contractuels et les partenaires aux processus et systemes organisationnels pertinents Diriger l'elaboration d'un plan de releve operationnelle couvrant les RH, les TI, les actifs et la continuite des services Offrir du soutien aux partenaires regionaux au besoin Realiser des projets speciaux et mandats de recherche

Gestion d'equipe



Superviser et evaluer le travail de l'adjoint administratif et de l'agent au service aux membres afin d'assurer la qualite du service rendu

Profil recherche



Diplome universitaire de 1er ou 2e cycle en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe Minimum de cinq (5) annees d'experience en gestion et administration Experience en service a la clientele, gouvernance ou communications (atout) Maitrise des logiciels Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et analytiques, souci du detail Capacite d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique et de gestion de priorites multiples Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) requis Experience en gestion d'informations sensibles/confidentielles et en structure de reddition de comptes transversale (atout)

About the Role



As our

Membership and Administrative Services Manager

, you will ensure that our Member services are delivered at the highest standard while fostering a supportive and productive work environment for CSIA staff. You will oversee membership services, human resources functions, and organizational administration, working closely with all departments to make sure resources, training, and processes are aligned and effective.

You will:



Business Operations



Oversee the timely and professional handling of Member requests, including renewals, reinstatements, and inquiries Lead the annual membership database closure and renewal process Develop strategies for membership recruitment and retention, proposing changes to categories, benefits, and value to meet strategic goals Ensure membership systems and processes meet the needs of Members, staff, and partners within approved budgets Manage human resources functions including recruitment, job postings, insurance, and HR support for the management team Maintain accurate records and version control of organizational documents (policies, procedures, HR guides, governance manuals, agreements, insurance, legal documentation, etc.) Act as complaint management officer, ensuring proper processing, confidentiality, and safekeeping of investigations Ensure compliance with official language requirements across all CSIA communications Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Administrative Functions



Ensure timely and accurate completion of government and insurance reports (e.g. WCB, insurance renewals/claims) Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, as well as membership-related policies Provide training to staff, contractors, and partners on relevant business processes and systems Lead the development of a disaster recovery plan covering HR, IT, assets, and service continuity Provide support to regional partners as needed Conduct special projects and research assignments

Team Management



Oversee and evaluate the work of the Administrative Assistant and Membership Services Agent, ensuring quality service delivery

Qualifications



We are looking for someone with:

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field Minimum of five (5) years' experience in management and administration Experience in customer service, governance, or communications (asset) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Bilingualism (French and English) required Experience with sensitive/confidential information and cross-functional reporting structures (asset)
