Votre contribution
La principale responsabilite des Services aux courtiers est d'assurer le service aupres du personnel administratif cle des courtiers en epargne collective qui vendent des fonds communs de placement de Fidelity et de renforcer les relations avec eux. Chaque courtier en fonds communs de placement peut faire appel a une personne-ressource dediee au sein des Services aux courtiers pour les questions administratives et operationnelles ayant trait a notre partenariat d'affaires.
Le ou la specialiste des services aux courtiers fournit un soutien a l'equipe des Services aux courtiers, en collaboration avec les responsables des services aux courtiers, en vue d'etablir et de maintenir les relations avec le personnel cle des operations chez les courtiers. Le ou la specialiste bilingue des services aux courtiers traite au quotidien les renseignements fournis par les courtiers concernant les conseillers et conseilleres et soutient le lancement des produits et les initiatives de Fidelity en travaillant avec les responsables des services aux courtiers et les equipes des Operations, des Ventes et du Marketing.
Principales responsabilites :Fournir un soutien interne aux courtiers et a l'equipe des Services aux courtiers.
Participer a la preparation et a la distribution des communications aux sieges sociaux des courtiers.
Planifier ou coordonner les reunions et les evenements des Services aux courtiers.
Contribuer a la preparation des rapports pour les visites des courtiers.
Repondre aux demandes quotidiennes, tant a l'interne qu'a l'externe.
Faciliter les essais d'acceptation des utilisateurs de Fundserv et les ameliorations du systeme au sein des Services aux courtiers.
Maintenir les relations avec les courtiers secondaires au moyen d'interactions regulieres en personne ou en ligne.
Acquerir et maintenir des connaissances sur les normes applicables du secteur et les changements apportes a la reglementation.
Contribuer a l'avancement soutenu de l'automatisation et de la numerisation parmi les courtiers et en faire la promotion.
Participer activement a des projets internes, comme le soutien aux lancements de fonds.
Qualifications requisesAu moins trois ans d'experience dans un poste de service ou de gestion des relations dans le secteur des fonds communs de placement, de preference en collaboration avec des courtiers en fonds communs de placement.
Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires ou experience de travail equivalente.
Experience de travail avec Salesforce.
Reussite du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilieres au Canada ou du cours Fonds d'investissement au Canada, un atout.
Bilinguisme (francais et anglais), tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.

How You'll Make an Impact
The main responsibility of Dealer Relations is to continue strengthening our relationships with and service the senior administrative personnel of the mutual fund dealers that sell Fidelity mutual funds. Each mutual fund dealer is provided with a dedicated contact within Dealer Relations for administrative and operational issues that affect our business partnership.
The Dealer Relations Specialist Bilingual provides support to the Dealer Relations team, working in partnership with the Dealer Relations Managers (DRM) to build and maintain relationships with key operational dealer contacts. The Dealer Relations Specialist Bilingual processes the day-to-day flow of advisor information from dealers, and supports the launch of Fidelity products and initiatives by partnering with the Dealer Relations Managers (DRM), Operations, Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Provide inside support to dealers and Dealer Relations team.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of dealer head office communications.
Plan/coordinate Dealer Relations meetings and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports for dealer visits.
Respond to day-to-day internal and external requests.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) of Fundserv and system enhancements with dealer contacts.
Maintain relationships with lower-tiered dealers through regular contact in-person or virtually.
Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulation changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement, and push for automation and digitalization within the dealer community.
Actively participate in internal projects, such as providing support for fund launches.
What We Are Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in a service role and/or relationship management role in the mutual fund industry, preferably working with mutual fund dealers.
Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
Working experience with Salesforce.
Completion of the CSC/IFIC is considered an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French required, both verbal and written.
