Sous la responsabilite du Gestionnaire Service Client,
le/la Specialiste Support Client
jouera un role cle au sein de notre entreprise, en assistant les clients lorsqu'ils rencontrent des problemes avec leurs equipements de gym, leurs baignoires a froid et leurs planches de paddle.
Responsabilites
Gerer les demandes des clients par telephone, par chat et par courriel
Identifier les besoins des clients et fournir les meilleures recommandations
Fournir des informations sur les produits et services
Documenter et mettre a jour les dossiers clients en fonction des interactions
Depanner et resoudre les problemes et preoccupations des clients lies aux produits
Gerer les plaintes des clients et en assurer le suivi
Assurer la satisfaction de la clientele par un service client de qualite a toutes les etapes (avant et apres-achat)
Qualifications
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale en francais et en anglais
Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES) et / ou tout autre diplome pertinent pour ce poste
Experience prealable en service a la clientele
Capacite a etablir une relation de confiance avec les clients, attitude positive et de bonnes competences d'ecoute
Capacite a prioriser, a prendre en charge plusieurs taches en meme temps et a gerer son temps
Excellent esprit d'equipe, debrouillardise et autonomie
Connaissances en lien avec l'equipement de gym / paddle board est un atout
Experience en ventes est un atout

Customer Support Specialist
to join our team at 21 TSI, a holding company operating direct-to-consumer e-commerce stores out of our office in Montreal, Canada. We own 4 successful brands (Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend & Nordik Recovery) and have fulfilled over 100 000 orders in Canada in the last 3 years alone. We are currently looking for bright talents to help fuel our growth and scale our brands (and our future ones) across North America and the rest of the world.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the
Customer Support Specialist
will play a key role in our company by assisting customers when they are facing issues with their gym equipment, cold plunge and paddleboards.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat and emails
Identify clients' needs and provide best recommendations accordingly
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Manage customer complaints and ensure follow-up
Ensure clientele's satisfaction through quality customer service in all phases (pre and post-purchase)
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English
High School Diploma (DES) and / or any other relevant diploma for this position
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to build rapport with clients, positive attitude and good listening skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time
Great team spirit, resourcefulness and autonomy
Knowledge of gym equipment/paddle boarding is an asset
Experience is Sales in an asset
