Voici o\xc3\xb9 vous allez vous concentrer

• Sous la supervision du Chef recherche commerciale, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de :
• Diriger des projets de recherche marketing pour les diff\xc3\xa9rentes banni\xc3\xa8res de Sobeys, afin de mesurer et comprendre les comportements et perceptions des consommateurs en ce qui a trait \xc3\xa0 leurs achats alimentaires ou tout autre domaine d\'int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat;
• Identifier les besoins de recherche, les traduire en m\xc3\xa9thodologie et cr\xc3\xa9er les outils de collecte, pour ensuite v\xc3\xa9rifier les donn\xc3\xa9es, analyser, interpr\xc3\xa9ter et communiquer les r\xc3\xa9sultats;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 des projets de nature qualitative ou quantitative;
• Mesurer l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience client;
• Effectuer les liens entre les donn\xc3\xa9es et les d\xc3\xa9fis de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise pour formuler des recommandations strat\xc3\xa9giques concr\xc3\xa8tes;
• D\xc3\xa9velopper des relations de confiance avec les clients internes inter-d\xc3\xa9partement;
• Coordonner et superviser les partenaires externes;
• Socialiser les donn\xc3\xa9es de recherche \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99interne;
• Effectuer de la vigie concurrentielle et des analyses de donn\xc3\xa9es secondaires, visant \xc3\xa0 alimenter divers intervenants en ce qui concerne les tendances ou la revue de sujets divers.

Ce que vous avez \xc3\xa0 offrir

• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez une ma\xc3\xaetrise en marketing ou tout autre domaine connexe ou un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at combin\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente;
• Un minimum de 8 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente (toute autre combinaison d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes et d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience jug\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa9quivalente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e);
• Vous avez une excellente connaissance du logiciel d\'analyse statistique SPSS et des m\xc3\xa9thodes d\xe2\x80\x99analyses quantitatives.
• Vous avez de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les mesures d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience clients
• Vous avez une connaissance approfondie d\xe2\x80\x99une plateforme web de sondage (Voxco, Qualtrics, etc.)
• Vous avez d\xe2\x80\x99excellentes aptitudes pour communiquer, autant en fran\xc3\xa7ais qu\xe2\x80\x99en anglais (oral et \xc3\xa9crit).
• Vous avez d\xe2\x80\x99excellente capacit\xc3\xa9 de r\xc3\xa9daction et de synth\xc3\xa8se
• Dynamique, vous poss\xc3\xa9dez un esprit critique ainsi que des capacit\xc3\xa9s analytiques avanc\xc3\xa9es;
• La connaissance du domaine alimentaire est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout
