Quel sera ton r\xc3\xb4le?Tes responsabilit\xc3\xa9s seront d\'accompagner nos clients dans l\'implantation de notre ERP. • Implanter maestro* chez nos clients incluant la :

• Mod\xc3\xa9lisation et documentation des processus en vigueur chez la client\xc3\xa8le tout en formulant des recommandations afin d\xe2\x80\x99optimiser les processus d\xe2\x80\x99affaires des clients;
• Configuration du logiciel maestro* selon les processus et besoins du client;
• Pr\xc3\xa9paration et formation sur l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation de maestro* \xc3\xa0 nos clients;
• Pr\xc3\xa9paration des documents p\xc3\xa9dagogiques relatifs \xc3\xa0 la formation;
• L\'accompagnement du client lors de la mise en production du logiciel;

• Participer de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive au processus complet du projet d\xe2\x80\x99implantation (lancement de projet, suivi / contr\xc3\xb4le; fermeture de projet) via la:

• Recommandation \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de gestion de projets (client et Maestro) la meilleure fa\xc3\xa7on de d\xc3\xa9ployer le projet dans le contexte client;
• Proposition de fa\xc3\xa7on proactive \xc3\xa0 des ajustements au calendrier et plan de d\xc3\xa9ploiement permettant d\xe2\x80\x99optimiser la valeur du projet.
• Effectuer des recommandations et accompagner le client dans les tests int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9s n\xc3\xa9cessaires lors d\xe2\x80\x99un d\xc3\xa9ploiement;
• Effectuer des formations aux clients internes (coll\xc3\xa8gues de travail);
• Collaborer et participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de soutien logiciel;
• Collaborer avec la direction sur diff\xc3\xa9rents projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux.

What would your role be?The position manages implementations for Maestro customers following preliminary project analysis. It also involves delivering training sessions on the maestro* construction ERP.What would be your responsibilities?

• Implements maestro* across our customers:

• Models and documents the processes in use by the customers while formulating recommendations to optimize their business processes;
• Prepares and trains customers on using maestro*;
• Designs learning materials;
• Assists Maestro customers with the system go-live;
• Carries out high-quality implementations that will yield positive references from our customers;
• Participates in the entire implementation process (sales, project launch, follow-ups, audits, project closure) with a proactive approach:

• Provides recommendations to the project management team (customer and Maestro) on the best way to deploy projects given a customer\xe2\x80\x99s specific context;
• Acts in a proactive manner by suggesting modifications to the deployment calendar in order to enhance the value of the project;
• Provides recommendations and assists customers while conducting the necessary integrated tests when deploying maestro*;
• Delivers training sessions to our customer base;
• Collaborates with the Software Support team;
• Collaborates with management on various special projects.

• A relevant diploma or equivalent work experience;
• Significant experience in financial management/accounting;
• Experience training including virtual, classroom, group or individual training;
• Demonstrated ability to work with external clients to understand and collate their needs;

• Excellent communication skills, in French and in English (because we have English-speaking customers) and be customer service oriented;
