Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e)

Specialiste des outils digitaux

pour rejoindre notre equipe Service Client basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous devrez travailler conjointement avec les equipes de support aux solutions digitales, de support informatique et les homologues situes a Toulouse.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe des Publications Techniques chargee de produire et distribuer dans tous les formats de medias la documentation technique liee a la maintenance des appareils A220 ainsi que les bulletins de service.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que

Specialiste des outils digitaux

sera de vous assurer que tous les requis en termes de technologie de l'information (IT) soient combles pour la production et la distribution exactes et dans les delais des livrables.

Vos defis :



Maitriser, gerer et controler tous les outils digitaux utilises par les publications techniques, comprendre les processus et s'assurer que les requis en termes de niveau de service soient maintenus. Representer chacune des equipes du departement ; S'assurer de fournir une assistance reactive et fournir au besoin aux clients externes une familiarisation a nos publications pour s'assurer d'une entree en service reussie ; Garantir la satisfaction client et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux ; Surveiller et s'assurer de prioriser et categoriser tous les problemes souleves pour les traiter dans des delais souhaites - Mettre en place un processus d'escalade efficace ; Travailler en etroite collaboration avec toutes les fonctions au besoin pour produire et offrir nos solutions aux clients ; Superviser et s'assurer que les problemes impactant toutes les parties prenantes a l'interne soient resolus rapidement et travailler en collaboration avec les equipes de Solutions Digitales et Technologie de l'Information ; Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pertinents refletant les livrables et cibles. Effectuer une analyse des causes profondes et mettre en place des solutions. Rendre compte de l'etat d'avancement chaque semaine et lors de la revue operationnelle mensuelle ; Supporter la feuille de route de developpement digital pour les publications techniques ; S'assurer que toutes les activites des publications techniques soient conformes aux normes de donnees aerospatiales pertinentes ; Faire la liaison avec les tierces parties (fournisseurs et partenaires) pour controler et resoudre les problemes relies a leurs produits et services ; Coordonner et gerer les incidents de bout en bout, en garantissant une perturbation minimale des services.

Votre profil :



Vous etes titulaire d'un diplome collegial ou universitaire en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe ; Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) annees d'experience dans l'industrie de l'aeronautique, en publications techniques ou dans un service de documentation ; Vous avez un bon sens des affaires et excellez a offrir un service client exceptionnel ; Vous avez d'excellentes competences relationnelles et de leadership combinees avec des habiletes a influencer les autres positivement ; Vous avez un bon esprit d'equipe ; Vous avez une comprehension des dernieres technologies et des tendances dans l'industrie de l'aeronautique (un fort atout) ; Vous avez une bonne comprehension des services a la clientele ainsi que des processus et des outils lies aux operations (un fort atout) ; Vous avez un niveau avance de competences en communication orale et ecrite, en francais et en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a

Digital Tools Business Specialist

to join our Customer Services team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with teams supporting digital solutions, information systems and counterparts located in Toulouse.


You will be part of the Technical Publications team responsible for producing and distributing A220 aircraft Maintenance and Service Bulletins documentation in all media formats. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

will be to ensure all requirements in terms of information technology are fulfilled in order to produce and distribute accurate and timely deliverables.

Your challenges:



Own, manage and address all Technical Publications digital tool topics & processes and ensure Service Level Agreement requirements are fulfilled. Ensure all groups within the Technical Publications team are represented; Ensure responsive assistance and provide familiarization as required to ensure smooth entry into service for new customers using publications; Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives; Oversee and ensure prioritization and categorization for all tool issues and develop escalation processes for efficient resolution; Work collaboratively across all functions as required to produce customer solutions; Oversee and ensure that all internal stakeholders issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner aligning and working collaboratively with Digital Solutions and IT teams; Ensure business KPIs are reflective of the main deliverables and targets. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions. Report status weekly and at the monthly operational review; Support the development of a Technical Publications digital roadmap for tools, new development products and support ongoing relevant projects; Ensure all Technical Publications activities comply with relevant aerospace data standards; Liaise with third-party vendors and partners to address and resolve issues related to their products or services; Coordinate and manage incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Your boarding pass:



You have a college diploma or bachelor degree in management/administration, or equivalent; You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical publications or service documentation; You have strong business acumen and excel with delivering outstanding customer service; You have excellent people and leadership skills, combined with an ability to influence others positively; You have a good team spirit; You have an understanding of the latest aerospace standards, technologies and industry trends (a definite asset); You have a sound understanding of the Services and Operations processes and tools (a definite asset); You have advanced spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.
