Nous sommes aujourd\'hui \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un(e) Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de l\'acquisition de talents afin de nous aider chaque semaine \xc3\xa0 combler les postes de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe en op\xc3\xa9rations et haute volume. Son r\xc3\xb4le permettra \xc3\xa0 notre \xc3\xa9quipe de maintenir sa croissance et de continuer \xc3\xa0 offrir la meilleure exp\xc3\xa9rience possible \xc3\xa0 nos membres.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

  • Travailler en collaboration avec le responsable de l\'acquisition de talents et divers responsables du recrutement des op\xc3\xa9rations pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les besoins de recrutement et \xc3\xa9laborer les meilleures m\xc3\xa9thodes de recrutement
  • Assumer toutes les \xc3\xa9tapes du processus de recrutement du cycle complet pour tous les employ\xc3\xa9s horaires des op\xc3\xa9rations dans nos \xc3\xa9quipes d\'inventaire, de production, de contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9, d\'exp\xc3\xa9dition et de r\xc3\xa9ception
  • Afficher les postes et renouveler les affichages (Fr/An);
  • Trier les CV et coordonner les rencontres;
  • Compl\xc3\xa9ter les entrevues et prendre les d\xc3\xa9cisions d\'embauche;
  • Envoyer les courriels de confirmation d\'embauche;
  • Prendre en compte les demandes en employ\xc3\xa9s d\'agence;
  • Repr\xc3\xa9senter la compagnie lors d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa8nements de recrutement;
  • Administrer les s\xc3\xa9ances d\'accueil/int\xc3\xa9gration avec les nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s;
  • Documenter les dossiers d\'employ\xc3\xa9 ad\xc3\xa9quatement;
Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al
  • 1 \xc3\xa0 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en recrutement pour la main-d\'\xc5\x93uvre qualifi\xc3\xa9e et non qualifi\xc3\xa9e, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans un environnement de transformation alimentaire ou de fabrication
  • Haut niveau d\'adaptabilit\xc3\xa9 et capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler et d\'exceller dans un environnement en constante \xc3\xa9volution
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en organisation, en prioriser et en gestion du temps
  • Sentiment de d\xc3\xa9brouillardise et d\'autonomie, personnalit\xc3\xa9 motiv\xc3\xa9e, d\xc3\xa9sireuse et ambitieuse

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the point of contact for our operations business partners. They will execute the recruitment for various industrial roles, develop a deep understanding of the market and advise business partners on best-in-class recruitment practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers & HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business strategy & ensure recruitment efforts are adapted to immediate & upcoming client group needs;
  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best-practices, the external hiring market & advise Hiring Managers on how to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience;
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and hire for our industrial roles;
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing information on progress of searches, market insights & candidate recommendations;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the talent acquisition team to support the growth of our employer brand, increase our sourcing capabilities & expertise & improve our hiring process;
  • Develop a diverse talent pipeline for industrial roles and partake in networking & recruitment events to ensure we are a visible employer in the market.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of full cycle high-volume recruitment
  • Ability to source hourly candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and other tools;
  • Strong communication skills as well as time & priority management;
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and advise them on best practices;
  • Driven by continuous improvement: you can identify & propose improvement solutions to recruitment processes & practices;
