En tant que specialiste de la transformation RH & partenaire d'affaires pour RH, vous jouez un role de conseiller en formulant des recommandations sur les orientations et objectifs strategiques de transformation. Vous assurez la coherence dans le developpement des strategies identifiees et la mise en oeuvre des nouveaux outils RH en agissant comme point de contact cle aupres des sites d'Airbus, tant au niveau regional que mondial. Vous travaillez en etroite collaboration avec les differentes parties prenantes pour developper les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines.
Vous agissez egalement en tant que partenaire d'affaires RH (PARH) pour la fonction RH. A ce titre, vous etes responsable de la planification, du deploiement et de la gestion operationnelle des programmes, processus et initiatives RH, incluant le developpement du leadership, le recrutement, la formation, la gestion de la performance, ainsi que diverses autres transactions.
Dans ce role, vos responsabilites principales sont de :
Developper et integrer des pratiques RH inter-fonctionnelles visant a ameliorer la performance de l'organisation Airbus Canada.
Recueillir les besoins en matiere d'evolution de la fonction RH en tenant compte des divers enjeux potentiels.
Diriger des projets de transformation RH cles.
Agir comme ambassadeur du changement a mesure que les processus et outils RH evoluent au sein de l'organisation, en favorisant leur integration et leur optimisation.
Assurer une veille active avec les partenaires RH locaux, regionaux et internationaux, en identifiant les propositions pertinentes et en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques actuelles. Vous facilitez egalement la circulation de l'information aupres des diverses parties prenantes.
Rediger et concevoir des presentations, rapports, graphiques et documents structures et concis, adaptes a differents publics.
Soutenir le deploiement et la mise en oeuvre des programmes et processus RH, tels que la gestion de la performance, la remuneration, la revue annuelle du leadership, les sondages d'engagement des employes et le developpement.
Offrir du soutien et des formations sur des sujets comme le developpement du leadership, la gestion de la performance, la revue annuelle du leadership, le developpement des talents, la gestion du changement et des personnes, et la communication.
Contribuer a l'atteinte des objectifs strategiques et operationnels pour le groupe RH d'Airbus Canada et pour les strategies RH, notamment en participant aux initiatives d'amelioration continue et de bonnes pratiques.
En tant que candidat.e ideal.e, vous possedez les qualifications suivantes :
Une Maitrise en ressources humaines ;
Cinq (5) ans d'experience pertinente dont au moins deux (2) ans dans le secteur de l'aerospatiale ;
Deux (2) ans d'experience internationale en ressources humaines ;
Experience averee dans la presentation a des equipes de direction ;
Experience confirmee en gestion de projet dans un contexte de transformation ;
Solide connaissance des processus et des flux de travail RH dans le secteur de la fabrication aeronautique, en particulier des systemes et processus du groupe Airbus ; Expertise dans l'utilisation et la mise en oeuvre des modules Workday ;
Excellente maitrise de la suite Google ;
Forte autonomie et capacite a travailler de maniere independante ;
Excellentes competences politiques et une grande capacite d'influence ;
Competences exceptionnelles en communication et en redaction, tant en francais qu'en anglais.

As an HR Transformation Specialist & HRBP for HR, you offer an advisory role by providing recommendations on the strategic directions and objectives of transformation. You ensure consistency in the development of identified strategies and the implementation of new HR tools by being a focal point (or pivotal role) with Airbus sites, regionally, and globally. You work closely with various stakeholders involved in order to develop human resources management practices.
You also act as HRBP for the HR function, you will continue to be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the operation of human resources programs, processes, and initiatives, including leadership development, recruitment, training, performance managements and various other transactions.
In your role, you will:
Developing and integrate cross-functional HR practices aimed the performance of the Airbus Canada organization.
Collecting the needs on the evolution of the HR function by considering the various potential issues.
Providing leadership for key HR transformation projects.
Acting as an ambassador for change as the integration and optimization of HR processes and tools evolve within the organization.
Monitoring, actively involving local, regional and international HR partners, identifying suitable proposals and taking into account current best practices. Facilitate the flow of information to the various stakeholders.
Writing and developing structured and concise presentations, reports, graphics and documents, suitable for various audiences.
Supporting the deployment and delivery of HR programs and processes, such as performance management, compensation, annual leadership review, employee engagement survey, and development.
Supporting and providing training on leadership development, performance management, annual leadership review, talent development, change and people management issues, and communication.
Providing support in achieving strategic and operational objectives for the HR group of Airbus Canada and human resource strategies, including contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
As our ideal candidate:
You have a Master's degree in Human Resources;
You have five (5) years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years in the Aerospace industry;
You have 2 years of international experience in HR;
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows within the aerospace manufacturing sector, particularly with Airbus group systems and processes;
Demonstrated experience in presenting to executive teams;
Expertise in using and implementing Workday modules;
Proven experience in project management within a transformation context;
Strong autonomy and ability to work independently;
Excellent command of the Google suite;
Excellent political acumen and influential skills;
Exceptional communication and writing skills in both French and English.
