Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may have various health challenges, including dementia and disabilities.

Duties

Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel. Support clients in assisted living or nursing home settings as needed. Provide hospice care when required, ensuring dignity and comfort for end-of-life patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in patient care or as a caregiver is preferred. Spanish Language is required Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Familiarity with hospice care protocols is a plus. Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's living space. Valid certifications in caregiving or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
